These Terms of Use (the "Terms" or "EULA") govern your access to and use of the IELTS Computer mobile application (the "App") and any related services, content, and features (collectively, the "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be able to form a legally binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use and in accordance with Apple's applicable usage rules.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Provider.

3. Accounts and Third-Party Logins

To access certain features of the App, you may choose to log in using third-party authentication services, such as Google Login or Sign in with Apple. By using these services, you authorize us to access certain account information as permitted by the third-party provider and described in our Privacy Policy.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We do not control these third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, security, or data practices. If you experience an issue with your Google or Apple account, you must contact the respective provider directly.

4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

4.1 Apple In-App Purchase Terms

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Subscription options, prices, and duration are displayed at the time of purchase within the App.

4.2 External Payment Processing (Stripe)

In addition to Apple In-App Purchases, IELTS Computer may offer subscriptions through external payment links processed by Stripe, Inc., a third-party payment processor.

When you purchase via Stripe:

Payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. (not Apple) and is subject to Stripe's Services Agreement and Privacy Policy.
You will be redirected to a secure external payment page (checkout.stripe.com) to complete your purchase.
Your payment card information is collected and processed directly by Stripe. We do not receive or store your complete payment card details.
Subscriptions purchased through Stripe automatically renew according to your selected billing cycle (monthly or annual) unless you cancel before the next billing date.
You will receive payment receipts and subscription confirmations via email from Stripe.
Refunds and cancellations for Stripe purchases are managed by IELTS Computer according to our refund policy (see Section 4.4 below). Contact support@ieltscomputer.com for refund requests.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate payment information with Stripe. Failed payments may result in suspension of your subscription.
Apple is not responsible for subscriptions purchased through Stripe, including any issues with payment processing, refunds, or subscription management.

By purchasing through Stripe, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to Stripe's terms and understand that Stripe (not Apple) processes your payment.

4.3 Free Trials or Introductory Offers

If offered, a free trial or introductory price will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the end of the trial or offer period.

For Apple In-App Purchases: Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
For Stripe subscriptions: Cancel through the App's subscription management screen or contact support@ieltscomputer.com.

4.4 Refunds

For Apple In-App Purchases:

Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policies. The Provider does not control or issue refunds for purchases made through Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

For Stripe Subscriptions:

Refund requests for subscriptions purchased through Stripe should be directed to support@ieltscomputer.com. Refunds are handled at the sole discretion of IELTS Computer and are subject to the following policy:

Within 14 days of purchase: Full refund available upon request
After 14 days: Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
Unused portion: We do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused subscription time
Processing time: Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

To be eligible for a refund, your request must include your subscription email address and order details. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

5. Independent IELTS Disclaimer

IELTS Computer is an independent educational application. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Cambridge Assessment English, IDP Education, or the British Council. Use of the term "IELTS" is descriptive only. No exam results or band scores are guaranteed.

6. Educational Disclaimer

All content, feedback, and evaluations provided by the App are for educational purposes only and may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for verifying information independently.

7. Acceptable Use

Do not reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the App.
Do not bypass payment or subscription mechanisms.
Do not use the Service for unlawful or abusive purposes.
Do not infringe intellectual property or user rights.

8. Intellectual Property

The App and all related content (excluding user-submitted content) are owned by the Provider and protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Privacy

Your use of the App is governed by the Privacy Policy: https://ieltscomputer.com/privacy

10. Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Third-party payment services (such as Stripe) are independent of IELTS Computer. We are not responsible for any downtime, service interruptions, or issues with external payment processors. If you experience payment processing issues, please contact the respective payment provider directly.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, all warranties—express or implied—are disclaimed.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Termination

Access to the App may be suspended or terminated if these Terms are violated.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, excluding conflict-of-law principles.

15. Apple-Specific Terms

Apple is not a party to these Terms.
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services.
Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
