Contact
Contact IELTS Computer
One address, read by the person who builds the site. Account trouble, billing, a question that looks wrong, a number that has gone out of date — all of it goes to the same place.
There is no contact form and no chat widget: a plain email reaches a person faster.
What to put in it
Any of this that applies saves a round trip:
- The email address on your account, if you have one. It is how an account is found.
- What you were using — the browser and device, or the app on iPhone, iPad or Mac.
- For something in a test, the skill and the test number from the page, and the question number. With those three, a wrong answer key takes minutes to check.
- For billing, whether you paid here by card or through the App Store. They are two different systems, and the answer differs. Your plan and its renewal date are on your account page; purchases made in the app are managed in your App Store subscriptions.
Two things this address cannot do
- It cannot book your IELTS test. That is done at ielts.org or your local test centre.
- It does not reach the exam boards. IELTS Computer is independent and not affiliated with IDP, British Council or Cambridge, so questions about your real test, your results or your test date have to go to them.
Also worth knowing
- What the subscription covers and what it costs is on the pricing page.
- The rules you are agreeing to are in the terms, and what is done with your data is in the privacy policy. Both carry the same support address.
- Who builds this and why is on the about page.
